Blizzard Will Not Let You Submit A Ticket Without a Copy of Your Government Issued ID

When attempting to delete my account they want to ensure that I give them a copy of my government issued ID.

I want to end all relations and contacts between myself and Blizzard and to demand a copy of my ID is unacceptable given their work with government’s who are hostile to human rights.
