Apparently Shadow was already caught giving Deval Patrick 400+ votes taken away from Sanders and have since “corrected” the error.

Looks like Shadow underreported Sanders voters and overreported Buttigieg, Biden, Steyer, Yang. Shadow’s app might be skimming small amounts from Sanders totals of each precinct and re-allocating to other candidates to keep Buttigieg ahead.

This would be similar to the “Fraction magic” election hacking demo showed by Bev Harris years ago
