After spending untold $millions, ‘walnut sauce’ Tom Steyer quits 2020 presidential race

by Dr. Eowyn

Tom Steyer, 62, is the billionaire Demonrat who spent $20 million on a national campaign to impeach President Trump, calling Trump “a clear and present danger who is mentally unstable and armed with nuclear weapons,” who had taken the U.S. “to the brink of nuclear war” and obstructed justice by firing former FBI Director James Comey, among other charges. Hey, Steyer, you do know that despite the Left and the media’s hyperventilating about how the Trump administration’s killing of Iranian terrorist general Qassem Soleimani would lead to a U.S. war against Iran and nothing less than the World War III, none of that happened?

And do you know that yesterday, the United States signed a historic peace deal with Afghanistan, that could see all American troops withdrawn from that hell hole by May 2021, and so end America’s longest war?

So much for Trump being “mentally stable” who had taken the U.S. “to the brink of nuclear war”. 🙄

Now, after spending yet more tens of $millions, Steyer is dropping out of the 2020 presidential race.

Mary Kay Linge reports for the New York Post that in the wake of a crushing loss in South Carolina’s primary Saturday, Tom Steyer is quitting, having racked up just over 11% of the vote with 66% of precincts reporting — thereby missing the 15 percent cutoff to claim any statewide delegates — despite the $23.6 millionhe poured into advertising in South Carolina alone.

Neither did Steyer win any delegates in three earlier Demonrat primaries — in Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada.

Steyer said he would throw his support to whichever Demonrat wins the nomination because “every Democrat is better than Trump.”

Steyer also sanctimoniously promised to continue pushing for government programs to address climate change, never mind the fact that he made his $1.6 billion fortune from Farallon Capitala hedge-fund firm that invested heavily in carbon-spewing coal-mining companies.

Hypocrite.
