The following is a transcript from 52:33 to 53:19 in the video where Biden is telling the story of how he blackmailed/bribed the Ukrainian President with $1 billion to force the firing of the lead prosecutor investigating his son (oil executive) for corruption.
Word for word transcription of Biden’s words clearly admitting to a crime:

I said “I’m telling you you’re not getting a billion dollars”. I said “you’re not getting a billion dollars”… I said “you’re not getting a billionollares [slurred words]”.
We’ll be leaving here… I think it was what, six hours? I looked and I said “we’re leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor isn’t fired, you’re not getting the money.”
Well son of a bitch. He got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid at the time. Although still… so they made some genuine substantial changes institutionally and with people.

Spread this far and wide. The left is doing exactly what they did with Mueller sham. They are covering up Biden’s clear crime by falsely accusing Trump of something with Ukraine.
With Mueller, Obama spied on Trump illegally in 2016, and to cover it up, they accused Trump of being a Russian agent (Mueller report says no collusion) to justify the illegal spying.
