Two, “hooded” youth shot an Asian man in his car who was delivering food for Uber Eats in Oakland. It was captured on surveillance video. Nothing was taken from the man except his life. Valuables like his wallet and cell phone weren’t lifted and the car wasn’t stolen. This cold blooded murder was likely some sort of gang initiation.
