Aspartame sweetener causes anxiety and alters brain structure

Scientists have found that a sugar substitute changes the structure of the brain, setting it up for mental disorders. In addition, these changes persist for up to 2 subsequent generations. Aspartame is used in sodas, gum, and sugar-free chocolates.

You know what the best part is? Aspartame was discovered in 1965 by James M. Schlatter, a chemist who worked at GD Searle & Company, a subsidiary of Pfizer.
