IF HR 5087 currently being considered in Congress passes, the only means by which Americans will retain their civil liberties is by replacement of the government. Passing of HR 5087 or a bill like it will effectively take all means of self-defense from the American people. The passing of such a bill will be the “shot heard around the world, part deux”. Americans will not give up their AR-15s.
