  1. Stockton better start building thousands of cheap project type housing, because when word gets around they will be flooded by “entitlement minded citizens”…who will not be looking to take anybody’s job.

  2. This is just dry run to see how it ill work out.In the future the majority of jobs will be held by AI Robots not humans so they need to keep folks from not starving because the criminal Elite does not want a Revolution.
