Anyone who uses any payment apps to receive money be CAREFUL. Starting in January the payment apps will be required to issue a 1099 to you for anything over $600 and you won’t know until 2023 tax reporting. This would include simple things like selling stuff at a yard sale and using a payment app or maybe a side craft business etc. I suspect the banks will do this also. So much for going after the rich! I can’t believe anyone fell for that crap since they are ALL in the same club and you ain’t one of them. I would say exchange in cash but Brandon’s plan to eliminate paper currency will change that very soon.
