    • You might be amazed to learn of how many government servers which DO NOT have the copy – paste functions disabled. It would not be very hard at all to simply copy a file and send it out pasted onto an email. Specially by someone in an office like the Secretary of State or even an aid to them. This is why the government needs to get better equipment and higher qualified IT guys.
