New York City STILL has major restrictions in place for its residents. Some restaurants can only do takeout orders.
Leaving their front door open is a big NO NO.
Why would anyone want to open a business in NYC?? A cafe in our district today received a summons for having their doors open!
They were adhering to the law by banning indoor/outdoor dining, & they were only open for takeout.
That wasn’t enough for this misinformed inspector: pic.twitter.com/vdWIHokOU1

I don’t know how any NYC business can survive this madness.
UPDATE: Last night I saw that this was a Jewish restaurant that is part of de Blasio’s “nonsensical and tyrannical policies specifically targeting the Jewish community.”
There’s a GoFundMe set up for the restaurant and here’s the message on the donation site: “We are taking your donations and splitting them between several restaurants to create a tab for volunteer ambulance drivers (members of Hatzolah) so that they can stop and get themselves meals between calls.”
