Kamala Harris has a habit of laughing at the most inappropriate times but this one was really awkward.
Her remarks came at a “Virtual Town Hall on the Care Provisions of the Build Back Better Agenda” held on Thursday when she was talking about disabled American citizens.
A woman, Nicole Jorwic, Senior Director of Public Policy for The Arc, told Harris and Sen. Tammy Duckworth about her brother who receives public care, her mother who coordinates that care and the care for her parents, including her grandmother who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
