When you look at a broad view of the statistics, you start to piece together the bigger picture. Things aren’t the way they seem from the outside. When you skim over the top, when you just read the headlines, when you ignore reality, you can claim ignorance is bliss but it will hurt your ego when you realize you’re hanging off the edge of the cliff. Or, simply just wake up.
