Georgia Governor Declares State of Emergency for Supply Chain Disruptions

ATLANTA — Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed a state of emergency in reaction to ongoing supply chain disruptions. The order goes into effect Saturday.

“Despite the state’s successful mitigation of the public health impacts of COVID-19, Georgia supply chain has yet to fully recover and is still experiencing severe disruptions,” the order says.
