The catalyst for the latest Democrat anti-gun push was the massacre at the elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. It shocked the conscious that a person could wantonly kill little kids.
The 18-year-old shooter was insane, though. And there was a major failure on the part of the local police to get inside the classroom where he was holed up.
