My family works in the real-estate industry in Florida.
The housing market is plateauing and crashing now.
It is being talked about within the offices but they know what is coming and some are selling their houses to rent and live in trailers so they don’t become “stuck”.
This is the only warning you will get.
The crash is coming. When the housing market goes, so will the real estate and wall street and black rock investors and then the companies investing, and then finally the 2008 crash on a magnitude never seen or heard of, and a true Great Depression will occur where jobs will go under due to bad investments and workers not having money or a place to stay due to wages not matching the reality/price gouging on rental and home prices.
