Can you ask the same question twice? None of that was an answer. She says it was $35million? Wtf who cares about $35million in a “hot war?” That doesn’t even buy you a jet. They’re acting like Ukraine’s coffers were on the verge of completely running dry. Delaying that amount of money literally makes no difference.
