In 2019, there was 516 homicides in Chicago. 356 in Philly. 348 in Baltimore. When will the democrats want to do something to actually help their cities?

Dems love using mass shootings to push their agenda. However, they completely ignore the murders that happen in their cities. It’s almost like they don’t even care?
