There is a labor shortage of around 5 million workers in America right now. Workers everywhere are quitting, asking for more pay and better benefits. Only together will the labor force have any chance against the increasingly centralized economy.
Capitalism seeks to squeeze out as much as it can from people while stagnating their pay with immigrant scab labor and automation.
Wages have stagnated for decades while productivity and profit have skyrocketed.
John Deere could give every single employee a $20/hr raise and still net nearly $3,000,000,000 per year in profit. This is why their workers are on strike.
