Leaked Bloomberg Tape: “95% of murderers are minorities and need to be frisked and heavily policed”

A leaked tape of Democratic Presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg surfaced on Twitter. In the audio, Bloomberg can be heard using racial stereotypes against minorities and at one point can be heard saying that crime is in “minority neighborhoods”.
