Maxine Waters has been overseeing District 43 Los Angeles for 28 years. Here is a drive through that district on July 5, 2018.

I present to you District 43 in Los Angeles as a singular example. But I am sure all of you know of many other districts that have been robbed blind.

A drive through her district is all we need to see that she has done nothing for her constituents.
