MILFORD — A scientist in Milford who has devised a way to use DNA matching technology to determine if a patient has Lyme Disease has accused the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of suppressing his test and depriving him of $57.1 million in profits. Dr. Sin Hang Lee filed suit in federal court in October, saying the CDC, a federal agency, has engaged in an “anti-competitive campaign to stifle” his test and has impugned his reputation and that of his research.
Although the federal government is protected under its sovereign immunity clause, there are cases that are allowed to move forward, such as those involving breach of contract. Lee’s attorney, Mary Alice Moore Leonhardt, contends this is one of those instances. The CDC’s lawyers have filed for dismissal of the case, but so far it’s on track to be heard, Leonhardt said, in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. “The $57 million figure is based on the value of his intellectual property for this test that he developed:

The illusory notion that the federal regulatory agency known as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is somehow a public entity working on behalf of the people to protect us all from disease is simply laughable. The CDC, by definition, is a private corporation working on behalf of its stakeholders, which include key players in the pharmaceutical and vaccine industries that profit from the spread of disease, not from real prevention and cures.
The first and most obvious clue that the CDC isn’t what it appears on the surface is the fact that this supposed government agency is listed in the official Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) directory as a for-profit corporation. D&B is a Fortune 500 company based in New Jersey that maintains databases on more than 235 million companies worldwide – it’s a who’s who of the global business climate, and is recognized as one of the first companies to be publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Is it the Centers for Disease Control or The Centers For Deception and Corruption? The CDC is supposed to make unbiased decisions for the good of Public Health. They are the ones who continually add more and more vaccinations to the childhood schedule. I have written about the CORRUPTION at the CDC several times, including this one by Robert F. Kennedy in which he states that the CDC has over 20 Vaccine Patents! Mark Blaxill, an Intellectual Property expert who has been employed by billion dollar corporations to manage their patents, ran a search of the patents held by the CDC.
