Christmas has come early for prisoners in Victoria thanks to Daniel Andrews & Labor.

4,000 criminals will be rewarded with an early release as compensation for having to endure some lock-down conditions in our jails.

While 4 million Melbournians will have to endure total lock-down conditions for at least another month, and the Victoria/NSW border could be closed for up to 2 years.
