Owning digital assets “on the block chain” plays perfectly into the concept of “owning nothing and being happy”.

Although I own a fair amount crypto currency, I don’t see how digital currencies with arbitrary values are going to give us a an alternative to Fiat. As we are seeing, governments are creating their own digital currencies. They will be able to limit usage of these digital assets against anybody who does not fall in line with the system’s orders.
