The Dems and the Left are not interested in solving problems for black families. There is no power in solving problems that raise them into the middle class. Once a family moves into the middle class they are less dependent on the government and therefore less likely to vote Democrat. They need to keep them down on the “Democrat Plantation” and dependent on the government.
