The Democrat politicians are very scared they will be held to the same laws and rule of law that the rest of us have to live by.
Most of their families and friends obtain wealth through the political system, political campaigns, foreign connections and favors, corporate executive jobs for family and friends given in return for favors and laws.
Without the Quid Pro quo the politicians will have to live on the same budgets and income as the rest of America.
This is the core of the swamp and is the water that feeds it.
