ATTENTION – U.S. Government personnel
While all the documents in the Snowden Archive have been published widely and are available on public websites, they have not been de-classified.
If you are a U.S. federal employee or contractor, unless you have clearance up to Top Secret you may be breaking U.S. law by reading documents in this Archive. Even inadvertent viewing can require you to report this to your superiors.
They weren’t talking to “us”. It was a reminder to their colleagues – OTHER U.S. Government personnel.
