Second Chinese city, Huanggang, will be put on lockdown from midnight to prevent the spread of coronavirus

Huanggang gov’t statement:
– All bus and train operations are suspended from midnight
– Citizens should not leave the city
– All cultural, tourist, and entertainment venues to be closed
– Effective immediately, every vehicle going to and from the city will be checked
