The city floats municipal bonds on the "perceived" tax asset of tens of thousands of back taxes owed on houses that are worthless. It's all a game of 3 card monte they've been playing for years.

They’ve taken a hit whenever one of our mayors is outed for corruption. It’s only a matter of time before there’s a state or federal audit and someone blows the whistle.
