I’m not advising people buy anything. Especially not something that’s overinflated and overvalued. But you must understand each asset class and its benefits and disadvantages. This video aims to highlight just one asset class. There is a time and place for any asset class. Sometimes you have to wait decades for it to be affordable. But having the knowledge helps you see the opportunity when it comes your way.
