State of Emergency: Arkansas' Quichita River Has Burst its Banks!

For thousands who live near waterways from Texas to Michigan, persistent flooding is expected to continue through the weekend, worsening in some areas before it gets better.  In numerous towns from the South to the Midwest, roads are closed and homes have been turned into islands.
