Conservative media should by and large be ignored as an obnoxious distraction. They seldom start debates or provide original reporting.
They mostly provide commentary and reactions to stories written/seeded by the New York Times.
If you spend all your time framing your discourse according to the latest conservative media fad, your political priorities are at the end of the day being decided by a couple of liberal Jews in New York City.
Our answer must be to create our own independent reporting on issues we see as important according to our own values.
