The Millenials are the most screwed over generation in America and no one talks about it.

It is now time to sound the alarm bells on the economic prospects for the Millennial Generation in the Western world, but more importantly, in the United Kingdom. This generation of citizens aged 18 to 36, is the first in modern developed economies on course to have a lower standard of living than their parents.
Housing affordability and a decaying job environment are some of the most pressing issues affecting Millennials. The future is bleak for this avocado and toast generation, as Western world economies have likely plateaued regarding economic growth. Surging debt and rising government bond yields are producing an environment that could lead to more hardships for this lost generation.
Landlords in the United Kingdom have taken full advantage of broke Millennials by offering “adult arrangements” for a roof over their heads. Yes, you heard this correctly, Millennials are trading sex for a place to sleep — unearthed in a new documentary by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), which provides a chilling insight into just how bad the Millennial generation has it.

This trend also persists in the UK where the Millenials in the UK are the first generation to have it worst than their parents in terms of living standards in centuries.
The Millenials in America are larger in terms of absolute numbers than Generation X and the Boomers, yet we’ve been successively fucked over by both of these generations, but especially the Boomers to the point that none of this nations wealth has trickled down at all past them.
The Baby Boomers could have set up America to have great inter-generational wealth, but instead they squandered it away on useless wars in the Middle East and never ending tax cuts for the rich.
Meanwhile the Millenials are somehow blamed for all of the country’s problems by the mainstream media, as if the Boomers haven’t been there sucking the country dry for the past forty years.
We have so much real estate and land in America, yet tens of millions of Americans can’t even afford a roof over their heads because wages have been stagnant for 40 years, the Boomers broke up all the unions while the Gen X’ers did nothing, and all the while the cost of living has been skyrocketing.

  1. “”they (Baby Boomers) squandered it away on
useless wars in the Middle East and never ending tax cuts for the rich””
blame the uncle samuel govt, most of which are indeed baby-boomers, but don’t blame the entire generation – most of yall millenial’s grandparents had jobs but still had to scrape and squander to make ends meet.
“”wages have been stagnant for 40 years, the Boomers broke up all the
unions while the Gen X’ers did nothing, and all the while the cost of
    living has been skyrocketing.””
first of all, what do yalls consider to be a living wage? yes, cost of living skyrockets and wages stagnate but honestly, pay a guy $15 to flip burgers and all the burger joints go out of business wiping out every last burger job. ok, pay a guy $70 to mine & produce steel and soon all the steel mills are closed and uncle samuel is importing steel from china. no more jobs. same with automobiles, TVs and everything else that needs to be manufactured. oops no more jobs. and baby boomers did not bust up the unions, individual greedy CEO bankster MFs did. because they are greedy MFs. oops, no more jobs because china-man will gladly work for $2.
and yall millenials are not the “first generation to have it worse than their parents”.
us gen-xers were. we never saw it coming. we considered ourselves lucky to have ANY job.
if we were lucky we got to work 2 jobs just to make ends meet.
maybe blame us, the generation-X, for not preparing yalls but not the baby-boomers ias a whole. me? i share some blame for not preparing you for this scary life, but really it is scary for most of us as well.
figure out who the individuals are who make the rules that ensure that life sucks for the little guys and point yalls anger directly at them individually.

    • You forgot to mention that for the first time in our history our future generations will not have the same life expectancy…they won’t live as long! Not only that, they are inundated with chronic diseases! Adult onset diabetes is now found in toddlers!!!!! No exercise, GMO/Fukushima, mandatory aluminum/mercury infused vaccines, chemtrails just for starters!
And they are intentionally dumbed down! The most important thing is to have a cell phone and take selfies or play video games!
Have you seen what Common Core has laid on ’em? It takes about 5 steps to add 2 plus 2!!!! The steps they HAVE to take to arrive at the answer. When testing, the correct answer doesn’t count unless you follow their process!!!!! Teachers MUST teach this! They are evaluated based on this through test scores! Parents can’t help with this type of homework.
Lastly, division is taught using estimates!!!! I’m not kidding. The simplest thing is made convoluted, nonsensical! We’ve successfully created semi functioning idiots!
Remember when just about everyone knew their multiplication tables by the end of 3rd grade? LOL You have kids in HS walking around using a sheet with the answers!!!!! It ain’t pretty, folks!

    • It’s a bitch to have paid taxes to the extent we boomers have; it’s a bitch to have created jobs to later be stabbed in the back by the banks and policies established by government and see you business dissolve. Yes it’s a bitch to see what you created drift away. Don’t be so damn quick to blame the boomers. Don’t wait for “any government” to help Millenials because the governments simply do NOT care. I sympathize but we are now finding that boomers’ pensions promised and paid for are simply not there.

  2. Yep, blame the Boomers….who, of course, are usually blamed for everything, right? No one’s going to blame the “greatest generation” even though they are the ones that brought up these terrible boomers–the same boomers who gave their lives for no reason in Vietnam…right, blame friends of my brother who died for nothing in Vietnam for all the evil….or blame GenX because the boomers brought them up even though GenX barely even fought in a war…..did Jim Quinn, Mr. Blame Boomers for Everything (he’s a GenXer of course so he won’t blame his own generation) write this tripe?
Anyone who blames ANY generation (or buys into the Strauss and Howe “Fourht Turning” nonsense) for anything that the criminal govt. owned by the criminal psycho elites has done is not interested in the truth. This is NOT a generational thing, but a class thing–the ruling class owned by the oligarchs and banksters vs. everyone else.

  3. If you’d bothered to read anything on the subject you’re writing about, you’d know that GenX is far worse off than their parents. We were the first in the modern era, not millenials. But hey, GenX is used to being ignored, especially the real GenX who were relabeled as Boomers!
