Some fears not enough people have signed up the scheme to make a difference. Supply could still be tight. Literally on a knife-edge, already this early in the season. Reliant on the wind blowing to watch balls bouncing off knees. ZERO spare capacity and we now have a society that does the opposite when told to reduce usage.
