United Airline decides to give employees lotto tickets to claim their bonuses. WTF. They want cash and not gambling addiction.

Just wait until the person who runs the program is found to be committing fraud and giving the bonuses to folks they know for kickbacks. It is not like any other contest with big prizes hasn’t seen that before.
