A couple weeks ago a spokesperson for the CA “high speed” rail poohed poohed critics of the project and promised that this rail project would provide noticeable dividends in reducing traffic congestion.
These bureaucrats live in a bubble, and CA has evolved into a highly segregated state with extreme income disparity.
