Long but very worth it.
I tried this for two nights and it does seems to work. I feel much better even though I only got 4 hours of sleep, but it was deep restorative quality sleep.
Way too much info to summarize, but taking vitamin D at night gives you a very deep sleep that is needed for the body to repair itself and restores healthy gut bacteria. You also need to take B vitamins because the body uses them up to repair.
Talks about sleep apnea and chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, etc.
