PDX resident here. It’s so much much worse. Our gun violence has sky rocketed, thieves will smile and wave at your video cameras before they rob you blind ( no penalty for property crimes) meth and heroin are no longer illegal. Homeless claiming private business parking lots and entryways and the police won’t help. Park you car in the am and return to human shit right beside the drivers door (3 times). Needles all along the waterfront. We need a purge and we need it soon
