Downtown Portland looks very different in 2021! Today we will be exploring the city of Portland, Oregon! A city located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. This city like many other major cities in the United States is facing a huge homeless problem and quite frankly it is getting out of hand! The streets of Downtown Portland are starting to look like Skid Row in Los Angeles, California and that is extremely sad to see! In this video you will see first hand what I’m talking about!
