Why is T down so much? (52 week low)

I see two things:

1. Telecom is in a bad stop, Warner deal hopes are weakening. TMUS/S isn’t being received well.

2. Huge reallocating into Bonds with rising yields;competing against T’s yield.

I’m beginning to buy a stake in T recently, extremely oversold. I appreciate the dividend, the cash flow, the Biz. With or w/o Time Warner, T is still the preferred network. My time horizon is 5 years.
