Wikipedia had no valid/normal reason for the removal other than to discredit him.
This came at the same time china released a smear article against him, found here www.globaltimes.cn/content/1178601.shtml
It seems obvious that wikipedia is doing the bidding of the chinese government now. Against US citizens, no less.
