Santa Clara County DA’s Office creates team to remove firearms from dangerous offenders

by DCG I’m all for keeping guns out of the hands of criminals. What I’d like to see is stronger enforcement of current gun laws and harsher punishments for prohibited offenders. Just serving a warrant can be dangerous enough for police. Can you imagine how volatile situations may become when trying to confiscate a violent criminal’s firearm? DCG
