A temporary win for Jeff Sessions in the war on sanctuary cities.

The lower court decided on Chicago’s complaint against DOJ, and then they ruled in favor of Chicago but then they overstepped and made it a nationwide injunction against the DOJ on behalf of all sanctuary cities. The appeals court overruled the nationwide part of the ruling, told the lower court to stay in their lane.
