The judge is right. It was wrong to seize property belonging to a citizen and give to a tenant.
I lowered my tenants rent, allowed him to redo the bathroom and fix some superficial stuff too assist him in the rent. I paid for materials. Great tenant. Great trade off, during a time of crisis. Let the people work it out. Keep government out of our lives.
