Vaccine certificates and a ‘traffic light system’ are to be implemented from December 3rd in New Zealand with a breakdown of what the unvaccinated can and can’t do. Meanwhile the NZ Ministry of health releases an advisory for health professionals stating “When there is high COVID-19 vaccine coverage (i.e., above 80 percent of eligible people are fully vaccinated), transmission is more likely to occur from a vaccinated than an unvaccinated individual.”
So when does the public policy match the NZ Ministry of Health science?
