(Gateway Pundit) During a recent appearance on FOX News, former house speaker Newt Gingrich offered his assessment of Kamala Harris and did not hold back.
Gingrich suggested that Harris may be the dumbest person ever elected vice president.
He also theorized that this might be the reason why people keep resigning from her office.
