Biden will attack ‘extreme MAGA laws’ on Wednesday afternoon when he signs executive order designed to roll back wave of anti-LGBTQI+ legislation
The EO will seek to help transgender kids access healthcare and school support
It also seeks an end to conversion therapy, calling on the Federal Trade Commission to consider issuing consumer warnings against the practise
The administration says more than 300 anti-LGBTQI+ laws have been introduced
The order will also expand foster care protections for gay and transgender parents and children
