I wouldn’t mind joining one myself, rent for my one bedroom apartment is likely to be up to $2200 in a year or two. I don’t have a washer or dryer, I don’t have a garage or anything fancy here. Don’t have central heat or air conditioning. Thankful just to have a roof over my head.
