I believe the Obamunist Apparatchiks in DC are [completely capable of doing this.

They believe they can contain it to a “Limited” Nuclear War, Hillary has talked about it many times.

DO NOT underestimate just how desperate the Obamunists running this country really are.

They are LOSING POWER, the US Economy is in mid-collapse, and Europe is about to go into full civil unrest this winter.

They think they can control and WIN a limited Nuclear War, and that it would open the way for total global control.
