Some folks commenting that the voters here were oblivious. Some certainly were. But for others, they likely preferred the idea of a special election over electing the third-party candidate on the ballot

Live people voting for a dead Democrat, dead people voting for a living Democrat.
It’s just balance.
The issue is mail in/voting machine fraud. That is all there is. Any talk outside of the absolute and irrefutable fraud is pointless.
Either we address the ability to commit fraud as easily as it is done in the American electoral process, or we accept that the country is a Socialist Dictatorship where candidates are selected to office instead of being elected.
